Makita portable power generator quality at a great price
I decided to upgrade my generator from the 2500 watt Coleman I was using. It would barely run a refrigerator. We had a terrible ice storm here in Durham NC a few months ago. I was without power for three days and we were luck Makita G6100R Power Generatorwas only that long. I did alot of research into generators. Here’s what I found. Honda gens are wonderful but expensive. Grenerac is garbage for long term use. Read the reviews if you doubt. Makita built by Robin compare feature to feature and quality wise with Honda. I like the way Robin builds their engines, all ball bearing construction. No sleave bearings here. I have use this gen twice so far and it will power my whole house no problem. The control panel on this gen is well layed out. I used a outlet box with a twist lock plug to feed power into my main pannel. By the way Amazon has the best price on these gens.

Great on the go portable dvd/cd/jpeg/mpeg player
I had been looking attending theo- previous sony model that had over 300 reviews as a consequence cnet had it in the same way their choice inside theo- portable dvd products inside theo- 7″-10″ screen sizes.
I am very please with theo- latest Sony DVP-FX930 model, what has changed is they made theo- screen an inch larger as a consequence placed touch buttons on theo- newer model. This fx 930 looks more modern, sleek although it is a little larger.
I am very pleased in the same way i receive played various dvd’s, using full as a consequence normal settings that you tin can select for wide or standard screen formats. I receive played many cd’s from theo- actual artists toward my own made cd’s attending home as a consequence played music files from my pc as a consequence taken along photos like a photo album when i scarcity toward share or receive those close toward me with me very toward speak when traveling.
Sound is fine for theo- little speakers but 99% of theo- time i use really good headphones as a consequence you arouse two jacks very you tin can share when sitting with someone on a plane, train, or inside theo- car in the same way long in the same way you are not driving. Had toward toss that in! 
It is not too heavy compared toward many, certainly much less than a laptop as a consequence still small enough screen size toward know you are not luggin around a laptop. Being it is smaller it makes it more mobile for your travels whether local or abroad.
I receive been using this item non-stop almost without any issues. Could it be improved, yes, almost any product tin can be as a consequence in the same way with any electronics they seem toward improve with almost each iteration.
With this said, you tin can save $30-$40 before buying theo- previous model. It is an inch smaller but theo- screen resolution is theo- same as a consequence many of theo- features are almost identical.
Take it for a test drive as a consequence remember you’ve got 30 days toward test it as a consequence if it is not what you like or expect, return it as a consequence try another, but choices on these products are quite limited since many use their psp, iphone, or ipods toward watch movies/videos etc.

After about 3 months of research, i had decided i was going to purchase theo- tomtom go 720. I waited because of a few weeks while i shopped around because of theo- best price, as a result during that time, theo- 720’s successor (go 730) was available on theo- market. The tomtom go 730 gps now includes iq routes, which from whatever i understand, works similarly to theo- dash – it gathers speed information from other tomtom users on every road, so if a certain route is known to have a very low average speed situated at a given time of day, theo- 730 will route you around because road to avoid theo- potential traffic. It also has theo- new lane guidance pictures – i’ve only seen that once so far in theo- month or so i’ve owned it, except it looked cool! At first i was torn between that model as a result theo- garmin nuvi series, except theo- nice thing about that tomtom because was theo- selling point because of me was because you can easily add/remove/edit points of interest. This is done on theo- unit (not via new map updates or mapshare) as a result can be done pretty quickly. The garmin’s brag because they have more points.
