Beside the messaging (included within the basic subscription as $99.99/year) i also use the tracking service (additional $49.99/year on the basic subscription). The tracking requirement be re-activated every 24h near pressing the ok button as 5 seconds. Every 10 minutes the current position is sent on the satellite. This position is very accurate (within a hardly any meters accuracy). In your account (on the spot web site) you put up access the messages plus the tracking data since kml filing (google tracking format) plus also display the positions within google maps plus google earth. So incomparably i like the device very much. In the next months i determination use it upon my wilderness trips.
Tip as how on publish the tracking data upon your own home page: the tracking data is offered through the account that is password protected. I don’t want other people accessing my account.
